Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and another notification when it has shipped.
Made to Order: Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be made. We do not keep excess inventory in an effort to reduce waste and support mindful production.
Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

International Shipping: We ship to most international locations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges
As a small business, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges. Refunds
At this time, we do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so we can make it right.
